Big news for Young Hollywood today: Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens have split up.
The pair met on the Highschool Musical set in 2005, and the relationship is said to have ”just ran its course,” reports an alleged source who knows them both, to US Weekly.
“They are still talking and still friends. There’s no drama. No one cheated. They just grew up,” the friend added.
Having lived in Hollywood and seeing these two young people blossom in each other’s company over the years, this news is sad. Wishing them both the best in work, love and life from here.
Vanessa Hudgens is the cover girl of Nylon Magazine this month. Zac Efron went along to her Nylon party in support at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood. What a cute couple.

Vanessa Hudgens is suing Butter Media for posting naked pictures of her on their website.
TMZ reports Hudgens has registered the naked pics Butter Media posted under the category of “Self Portraits” with the U.S. Copyright Office.
Hudgens lawyers are seeking monetary compensation for damages.
Good luck honey in getting yourself a big Christmas pay out this year. Leaked naked pictures are usually leaked by celebrity themselves in Hollywood, but Hudgens is indicating that she didn’t leak the pics. Go her!

Hollywood is so surreal. You don’t have enough gas in your tank to get home from your 100% commission job in a recession after putting in an 8 hour day and 40 hours for the week. You’re in shock as your eftpost card declines at the gas pump. Every single AP loaded to your bank account must have gone out. But at least you have cable, that American staple of entertainment, at home. You just don’t know how you’re going to get home to watch any of it, unless you push your car along Hollywood Blvd.
Then you go inside to the cashier and your old lottery ticket at the bottom of your wallet, you fish out. It’s crumpled but you straighten it out and hand it over to the Pakistani cashier with fingers crossed and eyes closed. The sound the cashier’s til makes as it opens let’s you know that it is a minor winner at the gas station in that moment. Believe it or not, this is how many young people in Hollywood are living each day, right now. Oh, and people in their 50s and 60s too. George Bush’s governance and Dick Chaney’s ill advice, has totally cost these people their American dream.
