Humility is always the best way forward for sustainability on the planet.

According to Melissa Noble, multimedia supermodel of America, Tyra Banks has signed a three year book deal with Random House to bring Modelland to an audience.
Fox News reports the book series (and Tyra’s first foray as a novelist) “[is] for all the girls and guys who want a lot more FANTASY in their lives … and some fierceness and magic, romance and mystery, crazy and wild adventures, and yeah, some danger too,” Banks wrote on her website describing her new book.
According to Michaek K,Modelland’s novel premise is that it’s a ”fantasy book that takes readers into a magical world where superhuman supermodels called “intoxibellas” learn to perfect their powers at an exclusive academy.”
People Magazine reports: “It’s my novel called Modelland (pronounced “Model Land”) that takes you to a fantastical place you’ve never seen, or heard about, or read about before … Where dreams come true and life can change in the blink of a smoky eye.
“Modelland has always been a part of my mind and my heart. I’m excited that you’ll be able to read about this magical world that’s been living in my dreams for so many years.”
Alright… the world of entertainment since Twilight Saga‘s popular successis going the route of novels, then film, then dvd, then TV. Tyra’s on the bandwagon. Smart girl. Tyra Banks as a literary fiction author… wow… who would have thought?

Oprah is clocking out of TV Talk to concentrate on her OWN TV network. Winfrey also co-executive produced the film Precious which is a strong Oscar-contender this year.
Now Tyra Banks has told People that: “This will be the last season of The Tyra Show. I’ve been loving having fun, coming into your living rooms, bedrooms, hair salons for the past 5 years. My next huge steps will allow me to reach more women and young girls to help us all feel as fierce as we truly are.”
Tyra will produce films that provide “positive images of women to the big screen.”
Sounds like Ms Tyra wants a more ‘normal’ life and not the constant back-to-back daily deadline driven pressures of pumping out a daily talk show. Could she be wanting children next? Sounds like it. Go girl!

Doug Pitt, the brother of actor Brad Pitt, has just announcedthat the Brad Pitt family, Doug and his wife Lisa and Rob and Julie Neal (nee Pitt) have made a $1 million donation to St. John’s in Springfield, Missouri!
A “new 31 pediatric unit, a 10-bedroom hospital-based Ronald McDonald House; and double the size the neonatal intensive and pediatric intensive care units,” will be funded from the donation, that also aids cancer research.
In honor of their mother, the medical center is being renamed. It will be called the St. John’s Jane Pitt Pediatric Cancer Center. Celebrities who give and who honor their parents are THE BEST! Let’s all do the same.
