ACTOR BRONSON PELLETIER GETS ASSAULTED AT A TWLIGHT CONVENTION, UK
Native Canadian Indian actor Bronson Pelletier, 23, copped his fair share of drama when representing the Twilight Saga in the UK recently.
Pelletier who plays werewolf Jared found himself in a very scary situation. Pop Eater Reports: ‘Four men, who were allegedly drunk guests at a nearby wedding in the same venue, attacked Pelletier in the men’s room of a Hilton hotel where he was a main attraction at ‘Eternal Twilight 4,’ a fan expo packed with teenage girls in Birmingham, about 120 miles from London (Peter Facinelli was the biggest ‘Twilight’ star originally booked to appear, but was ultimately a no-show).
Pelletier suffered a broken nose in the confrontation, during which the men reportedly struck and headbutted him until he was able to escape. Police chased the suspects, and witnesses say cops used a Taser to restrain one. All four were arrested on suspicion of assault; two have since been released and two were granted bail, pending further investigation. The motive for the attack has not been made public.’
U.K.’s Daily Telegraph, quotes WENN, when writing, “Bronson was really angry and upset. These guys were very nasty. They were so drunk, they probably didn’t even realize they were picking on a Hollywood actor.”
People are people. Of course these drunk guys didn’t know he was a Hollywood star when they were brawling. It’s ironic that these Brit lads took their drunk frustrations out on a young action movie star though. Hope Bronson’s nose gets better soon. A good opportunity for a nose job, if ever there was one, in this young actor’s career.

KRISTEN STEWART ON BEING A GLOBAL WOLF TAMER WHO WEARS INSECURITIES AS HONOR BADGES
Wolf taming and vampire taming, have their ups and down for Kristen Stewart, whose life dramatically changed when she was cast as Bella Swan in the Twilight Saga.
Since then, Kristen lives most of her life with security guards required to go anywhere. She spends life in hotel rooms between movie sets and film promotional gigs.
I always like her worldview, on life lived under intense scrutiny. Being over-scrutinized means that everyone projects their insecurities onto you. That makes you insecure and how you then mediate everyone else’s insecurities, at the center, is the test of your strength and sense of fairness. Or unfair, if you don’t.
Realizing that the insecurities aren’t yours in the first place, is half the battle won. To then mediate your responses fairly is always humility in action. What people look for is wisdom on a matter. Fairness/ humor is always wisdom. And we all have insecurities needing reassurance, or, to be slain with a kind word. Constantly surrounded by execs and power players, Kristen Stewart does this well. It goes with the territory of being a star.

Along with Hollywood’s Maori King, Cliff Curtis –newcomer, Alex Meraz - is one of my favorite actors. Like Cliff whose method acting work is exemplary in Hollywood, Alex chooses to engage in Indigenous Culture (our Indigenous form of theater) with his bros, cousins, friends, whether a camera is on them or not, or whether an audience isn’t involved. They are authentic actors, artists and performers, who rock. Both have spirit.
Anyway, being a part of Hollywood, means playing the lol shallow roles of ‘movie star’ and the illusive idea of celebrity. Alex’s twitter always makes me smile. He’s a sport. Here’s ten tweets from Alex today:

The world’s most famous vampire, Robert Pattinson of the Twilight Saga film franchise for Summit Entertainment spat out his pacifier yesterday in Malibu, when he couldn’t party in the sun with friends and catch a movie in peace. Fans of Kristen Stewart camped out for five days, to see her, in L.A. Nuts. Here’s what Twilight Eclipse‘s leading onscreen lady had to say about that:
“It’s cool for me, because I’ve never had this [amount of fan support] on any of my movies, and I feel like I’m one of them,” she said. “I feel like we share the exact same passion for this thing. It feels weird to be at the head of it, but it’s cool, I’ll roll with it.”
Good answer. Winning a casting lottery, can never be explained. Just accept the gift, and roll.

Twilight Eclipse World Premiere in L.A, drew the biggest Young Hollywood names in the world. Here’s what the author behind it all, Stephenie Meyer had to say:

TWILIGHT HELPS MTV MOVIE AWARDS ROCK THE TV RATINGS
According to Nikki Finke‘s little website, the new Hollywood staple of industry news (like Variety Mag but without having to bow and scrape), MTV‘s excellent TV ratings last night, for the Movie Awards–were due to the success of Twilight and also the star appearance by Aziz Ansari as the MC.
