Although Kris Allen and Adam Lambert share Billboard Magazine’s cover, the difference between their music careers was interesting to observe when watching the American Music Awards tonight.
Kris was asked to present an award with Demi Lovato. Conversely, Adam Lambert was the closing act and artist of the night at America’s big Music Awards show that has the appearance of the people voting on and deciding who wins the awards.

The LA Times article portrays the friendship between “American Idol” finalists Adam Lambert and Kris Allen as “unlikely” and describes them as “seeming polar opposites.” It contends that each has fans who “should be rooting for the other.”
These observations are true only if one ascribes to the narrow parameters of stereotypes of religion and sexual orientation; most human beings do not fit these caricatures. The majority of Americans gladly put aside their differences and appreciate one another for who they are. This “new tolerance” may be attributed to the Obama administration, but ordinary folks have known this all along: Most people are kind to one another.
He’s going to leave that to Perez Hilton, who can’t sing and gets jealous of Lambert’s instant popularity and fame easily. I kid! :)
American Idol runner up, Adam Lambert, doesn’t want to be vampired up yet by aging rockers, Queen as their front man. He’s considering the flattering offer though to step into the big vocal shoes left behind by Lady Gaga’s hero, Freddy Mercury. Instead he wants the focus of all press about himself to be about his own music and sound. American Idol, Kris Allen’s single of the Kara DioGuardi penned song, No Boundaries, is outselling runner up’s, Adam Lambert’s same single of the song. According to Sound can, Allen has sold 135,000 with Lambert at 35,000 copies. Congrats Kris Allen. You’re off to a good start cashing in on Idol’s fame. Lambert’s turn will come later with his album release, no doubt. Patience is the order of the day.
