His show 24 may be wrapping up, but Kiefer Sutherland looked like he was having fun doing some retail therapy in New York City today.

Many celebrity bloggers ran a story today that Kiefer Sutherland was removed by bouncers while at the Sringfellows strip club of London. Gossip bloggers alluded to the fact that Kevin was behaving really badly inside the club.
But thank goodness for the LA Times, who exist to exhonerate Hollywood celebrities who are… well cultural American treasures really.
Says the LA Times in this report from Christie D’Zurilla: “The owner of the Stringfellows Covent Garden gentlemen’s club would like to set the record straight about Kiefer Sutherland‘s visit to his London establishment, Gossip Cop reports.
Countering earlier reports that a sodden Sutherland had been forcibly ejected, club owner Peter Stringfellow has blogged that the actor was charming to all, simply slipped while exiting under the protection of club security, and had stripped off his own shirt as a joke.
“When it was explained to him very gently that that was the job of the girls and not the customers he burst out laughing,” Stringfellow wrote. “His friend thought that this would be a good time for them go home.”
The back-door departure was an attempt to keep Sutherland away from paparazzi lenses, he says — though someone snapped a shot that looks as if one bouncer has the actor in a headlock. Stringfellow says that’s just how his guy caught the “24″ star after slipped and fell.’
And there you have it. Kiefer was just having fun and was not behaving badly at all. Ah… the magic of Hollywood PR. Love it.

As we know, vampires are all the rage. Horiwood’s theory is that vampires are so hot right now, because of the recession.
The last eight years of American politics, has vampired the next generation, who are growing up having to bear the consequences of repaying the debt of a mismanaged America. That’s over $1 trillion worth of debt. Meaning, that politicians in office did drink the future dreams and lifeblood of today’s tweens. Yes! It sucks!
But the good news is, that in this cultural climate of pop culture, vampires entertain us with their personal battles to be virtuous and good as they coexist in a world of humans that both frustrate and fascinate them.
Anyway… Entertainment Weekly, has listed their Top 20 Vampires. Here they are: (more…)

Kiefer Sutherland started it! When one celebrity behaves badly and gets their fix of paparazzi’s attention, it creates a herd instinct with the celebrity pack. Celebs in the D-List category, who have just seen a B-Lister, switch back up to A-List star status, then start acting up. Or, in Jesus (Son of God’s) words, “people are like sheep.”
Pashmina bashing is the latest trend of Janice Dickson. (more…)

We love Kiefer Sutherland because irrespective of his head buttin behavior, on behalf of Brooke Shields’ defense at the Met’s Ball in NYC recently… and the trouble that this has landed Kiefer in this week… these are the messages Kiefer sent the entertainment world by his bad boy behavior:
To protect and defend a lady, is a gentleman’s duty. He is.
Sutherland was once vampire pretty in Hollywood like Robert Pattinson is currently. Being a leading bad vampire pack boy, never goes out of date. He still is.
He fancies himself as a future, golden globe winning Mickey Rourke type, aka The Wrestler, in years to come!
Quite frankly, it was nice to see some old school styled chivalry in Entertainment. We live in an age, where things are a little bit too PC. It’s stifling to the average bloke’s masculinity. Kiefer made a good point, by doing the wrong thing, but kinda the right thing too. Sutherland provided that moment for dudes across America to breathe and be a bloke. But violence is ‘never’ the higher path. But we forgive Kiefer! :)
