At 16, this girl just keeps on getting prettier. Mad genes!
I love me some Gin. But this gin is the only Gin I’m allowed. Real gin makes me cry.
Thankfully, there is pop star Gin Wigmore, to remind me that a Gin a day, keeps the stress away. (It’s the rule the dearly departed Queen Mother used to live by! And she lived to be a hundred!)
The exquiste songstress, Gin Wigmore, from New Zealand has just been signed to Motown Records. Quite unusual for a blue eyed blondie from down under, but Gin is different. The girl has husky soul.
It’s an honor for New Zealand to produce an artist to be positioned and sit alongside such Motown greats, like the Jackson 5, Smoky Robinson et al. Now,we have Gin Wigmore – a Motown legend in the making.
Just listen to These Roses by Gin Wigmore. She’s like Amy Winehouse and Lady Gaga fused together and her star is on the rise. I love great new music. I love people who can actually sing live. I love Gin Wigmore.
To discover more amazing pop songstresses from New Zealand where Gin Wigmore hails from and to check their amazing talent in song writing out, go here.
To purchase Gin Wigmore’s debut album - Download her EP on ITunes. Enjoy!

Memo: NB TO SIMON COWELL & DAVID GEFFEN – SUSAN BOYLE SHOULD RECORD A DUET WITH THE POPE
The woman from Scotland who has had over 700 million people view her Britain’s Got Talent audition performance of I Dreamed A Dream from Les Miserables, should so record a duet with The Pope whose music CD, Alma Mater drops on November 30th for the Christmas Market.
These two (supposedly) mature virgins are both releasing a debut music album each, and who have interested audiences of hundreds of millions globally… are THE ticket in debut artists with huge global audience appeal (sorry egocentric pop star kids, but THEY ARE!). (more…)
DAVID GEFFEN + THE POPE = $ MAKING OPPORTUNITY IN POP[E] “MUSIC”
David Geffen, that guy who you see eating at Dan Tanner’s in West Hollywood, and whose exec peeps have to dress like him in matching suit jackets, wants a share of the Catholic Church’s lucrative worldwide audience markets.
1 billion Catholics follow The Pope as the leader of their church. In fact the Catholic Church has as many followers as Indians from India and the Chinese in China. This means that The Pope leads 1/6th of the world’s population. The dude has a huge audience.
Now, David Geffen has signed Pope Benedict XVI to release an album featuring prayers and litanies in five languages. That’s some serious pimping for any pop star to accomplish, let alone a head priest.
The record is called, Alma Mater from Geffen Records. According to the little men in the matching David Geffen suit jackets, the pope has an “incredible voice.” That’s a bonus, as he is no Hugh Jackman in the looks department! Phewsh!
Saved By The Bell’s cast reunion brings back happier, more simpler times. Smiles all round. Here’s how you ranked your celeb and entertainment news at the top of the class today in Hollywood here on Horiwood.Com. Enjoy!

Apple are so clever at growing their brand. Music is the key to all of their products. You know it. In fact, in China, even under a heavy regime of censorship in Communist rule, the only thing the Chinese people unanimously say they’ve missed out on, about Western life and culture is, access to pop stars and music.
The future of the internet and also any software or digital media devices by any software company at growing markets (including into the 1 billion plus people in China) is music dependent.
Because Apple knows this, they’ve been working hard to grow their music related media packages with iTunes.
Here’s the latest: Apple and the four major record labels, Warner Music, EMI, Sony Music, and Universal Music Group have partnered to create virtual bundles that have online interactive features. All music related marketing to grow their brand. They’ve dubbed it Cocktail.
The gimmick offers sleeve notes, photos, lyric sheets, music videos with selected music downloads. An interactive book, allows a virtual album experience, where your favorite singers’ songs can be played directly from the book.
Nice. What next? The virtual concert experience too? You know it! Miley Cyrus needs to be offered a deal from Apple, to head that up. She’s got the jump on that.
Cocktail launches in September and if Apple are as smart as they say they, the Michael Jackson packaged bundle will be freakin amazin, if they want this concept to take flight in the world with success.
If they’re really smart… Apple iTunes will also create the WhoDunnit: What killed Michael Jackson Virtual Boardgame too… which is the favorite game the media are playing here in the US right now, to sell their advertiser’s space for bucks in a recession. MJ + Music = big money ya’ll.
From Hollywood, here’s your top 10 celeb news bites today, here on Horiwood.Com:
We said 6 weeks ago that “song choices” was the card Simon Cowell was always going to tout as being what he could add to the Susan Boyle package. Simon thinks he’s an expert Talent Manager you know. He’s even getting paid $100 million to appear on American Idol each season, becuase somehow the world believes that Cowell is.
With Scotland’s Susan Boyle though, she didn’t need Cowell to make her famous. Cowell had suddenly lost his ‘ace’ card he promises new insecure artists, that he can make them famous. In Boyle’s case, she was already the most famous new singer around the globe with her debut audition of Britain’s Got Talent.
Well, Simon is cunning. He’s a master at justifying the millions he charges to manipulate singers and the public. So he created a “meltdown” saga with Boyle, when she didn’t win the competition.
To be a ‘savior’, one has to create a crises. Simon did that really nicely. His ‘savior’ moment is about how he could assist Boyle with ‘song choices.’ In the age of iTunes, that’s quite hard for any intelligent person to believe!!! Boyle is more than capable of sorting through song choices on the iTunes library herself, like anyone of us can too, but thanks anyway Simon or that latest round of bull crap!
Talking to Extra TV, here’s what Cowell had to say, “She’s extraordinarily good on record. We’re not going to throw out some souvenir album of show tunes which everyone expected. We went through about 350 to 400 songs to choose from. She was blown away by some of the song choices and she’s going to surprise a lot of people with this record.”
This is not rocket science! Cowell tries to make it seem harder than what it is. Yawn!
In the meantime, SuBo amused herself amidst all of the smug Cowellry, with a make over. She’s looking good!
An uncanny resemblance of a young Michael Jackson in his prime (part three of his prime time anyway!), was unveiled at Madame Tussauds, London, Thursday. It looks so lifelike. Now MJ’s son blanket, doesn’t have to carry around his MJ doll in his grief, but Aunty Janet Jackson can take him on a wee family field trip to London.
I don’t care what anyone says about wax dummies… this is Art man! nice job, Madame Tussauds! Meanwhile, here in Hollywood, here’s 10 hot entertainment news posts right now.
Now you can get Michael Jackson, The Stripped Mixes from apples iTunes. Pure and undefiled MJ vocals. Priceless! MJ to the power of MJ – graphene jackson vocals.
DISNEY CHANNEL’S PRINCESS PROTECTION PROGRAM SHOWCASES SELENA GOMEZ & DEMI LOVATO’S LIFE LONG FRIENDSHIP
In America we love Disney kids. Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake are perhaps two of the most famous Disney kids around.
Hit made for TV movie, The Princess Protection Program showcases the lifelong friendship of Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez, who met when they were kids.
Catherine Dawson March, of The Globe and Mail interviewed the starlets here. A nice interview:
Disney stars and best friends Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez met at the age of 7, while waiting in line to audition for Barney .
“She turned around and asked me if I wanted to colour,” Gomez told the rowdy fans at the North American premiere in Toronto of their new TV movie Princess Protection Program on Family. (more…)
