It’s always sad to see any couple split. Ryan Reynolds has filed for divorce. Reynolds lists the date of separation as being December 14th 2010 and Johansson agrees with the date.
No prenup exists and with Ryan being the big earner over two years they were married she will be more than taken care of, post their divorce. No third parties have been divulged at this stage of the divorce and separation.

In one of the classes the professor began quizzing students on homework many of them hadn’t even realized they were supposed to have read. The professor called out student after student and no one could answer the question properly. Finally, he called on a stunning brunette at the front of the classroom. She answered the question flawlessly. “I was in love,” Edwards recalled, “from the minute she opened her mouth.” The brunette was Elizabeth.
“The teacher then moved on and launched into a complicated dissection of an obscure legal code. “I was lost,” Edwards said. The class was silent, when Elizabeth raised her hand. Edwards couldn’t believe she’d been following along: the woman must be a prodigy. “That was about as clear as mud,” she admonished the professor. “Go over it again in plain English.”
“Right then I knew I wanted to marry her,” said Edwards. Newton-Small concludes, I left that night, more impressed with the absent Elizabeth than her husband… Tonight we lost a smart, brave, sassy, woman.”
Writes Time magazine‘s David Von Drehle, “You may not remember, given all that has happened since, but when Elizabeth Edwards arrived on the Washington scene some 10 years ago, she was golden. The capital tends to confuse fame with merit, and so it sucks up to Senators and Cabinet Secretaries and talk-show hosts while politely ignoring their spouses. She was different. You heard that all the time. John Edwards? Yeah — but you’ve got to meet his wife!”

Never trust a hubby spurned. Radar online is reporting, that Jon Gosselin, did the unthinkable, he emptied out the joint bank account shared with Kate Gosselin to pay the children’s bills. Kate is reportedly only left with $1,000.
We know that Kate is being blamed for being the head pimp of the Gosselin children on the intended Kate Plus 8 reality TV show for TLC. But with Jon taking control of the monies already earned from TLC, doesn’t that make Jon Gosselin the head pimp. Yes it does.

It’s official, Blake Civil-Fielder, the man who inspired many of Amy Winehouse’s hit songs about love and heartache on her Grammy winner album, Black To Black, is officially not the singers’ husband anymore.

At the beginning of 2009, actress Patricia Arquette filed for divorce from her actor husband, Thomas Jane, on the good old Hollywood grounds of irreconcilable differences.
Arquette also requested sole custody of their daughter Harlow, 5, and asked the court to deny Jane spousal support.
The Medium actress has now dropped the petition. No reason, she just did. Thomas Jane stars in Hung, on HBO. Although, visually the series could be shot way better, the premise of the show is clever enough to carry Jane though.
Good luck with that Thomas in Hwood! You’ve still got your talented lovely wife and you daughter. It looks like you won already!

The special one-hour episode, featuring their separation announcement debacle, attracted an unbelievable 10.6 million viewers.
It’s a new record for TLC network, and a million more viewers than their debut episode of this season, which was the previous record.

TV network, TLC are stuck with reformatting the new developments in Jon & Kate Gosselin’s separate lives for the Jon & Kate Plus 8 TV series.
This is because Jon Gosselin effectively put his foot down, and filed for divorce, although Kate was happy to keep up with the facade and pretend they were married for TLC’s cameras.
As you know it’s expensive hiring two crews when two ‘actors’ refuse to film the original TV concept together on the same ‘set’ (at the Gosselin home).
So Jon, turns out to be both a father and a bit of a budding TV producer as well, by halting production and altering the format of the show. Nice one Jon.
Anyway, TLC’s official reasons go something like this: “Due to the ever present marital problems, next week’s episode will feature clips of unseen footage, but following that there will be no new episodes until August, since there is not enough footage to forge ahead at this time.”
TLC have only aired 6 of the 40 commissioned episodes of the Jon & Kate Plus 8 TV series for this season.

The reality-TV stars, Jon Gosselin and Kate Gosselin have filed for divocrce after 10 years of marriage on Monday afternoon in Reading, Pa., People reports.
The Bucks County Courthouse announced the information.
“Parents of multiples have triple the divorce rate,” Kate once said during the record-setting season premiere. “I was thinking we were going to beat that. I don’t know if I can say that anymore.” It’s sad, but Kate got the fame she planned for having multiples, so the marriage is done with. At least Jon Gosselin can smile a bit more.
