Rocker Bret Michaels says that Every Rose Has Its Thorn is a classic song worldwide and may be Miley Cyrus second song, from her Can’t Be Tamed album to drop on radio.
Meanwhile on the rugby field, Brad Thorn of the New Zealand All Blacks rugby team, is getting ready for Rugby World Cub 2011. If you can, get there. BRET MICHAELS WILL APPEAR ON DONALD TRUMP’S CELEBRITY APPRENTICE TV SHOW FINALE
Bret Michael’s has had an amazing, roller coaster 2 months. You can’t help but admire this man. He’s like the almost dead, with health care issues, who keeps rising again… to appear on TV screens of America.
According to People Magazine: The resilient Michaels is currently on a [private] plane –heading to New York to appear on Celebrity Apprentice’s finale episode for the one and only Donald Trump.
It has to be said, that the main American stories and headlines of the past few weeks –went something like this:

Bret Michaels was released from hospital yesterday, with Doctors saying the rocker and reality TV show star, was one of the 10-20% of people who can make a full recovery from suffering a brain hemorrhage.
People Magazine are celebrating this miracle today, with a Bret Michaels magazine cover that has Bret saying the words, “I’m Lucky To Be Alive.”
A nice sentiment of a man who had us all on the edge of our seats, waiting for updates and news regarding his full recovery. Here’s Bret singing his song, Raine.

BRET MICHAELS UPDATE – 4.27.2010
Nothing To Lose was the last song Bret Michaels of Poison wrote, that he wanted to perform with teen superstar and American sweetheart, Miley Cyrus. Here it is.
In the latest updates about Bret Michael’s condition is considered as being stable. Says People Magazine: “Michaels remains under 24-hour observation in the ICU and is in positive spirits. He is responding well to tests and treatments. Even though today was a minor setback, doctors remain hopeful for a full recovery.
‘Many people are speculating Michaels’s head injury suffered from a prop striking the singer at the Tony Awards last June is the cause. But for many patients with this condition, no cause is often found.
Coupled with the fact that Michaels is a lifelong Type 1 diabetic and has recently undergone emergency appendectomy surgery while on tour in San Antonio, he will remain monitored closely by his medical team to make sure no complications occur from the diabetes.
Doctors are hopeful that Bret will gradually improve as the blood surrounding the brain dissolves and is reabsorbed into his system, which can be a very painful recovery and take several weeks to months.”
Enjoy his new music as we continue to wish this man a good recovery from his brain hemorrhage. A brain hemorrhage could happen to anyone, a reminder that life is precious and to live each minute like it’s a gift, which it is. ;)

BRETT MICHAELS THUNDERCLAP HEADACHES WERE THE START OF HIS HEMORRHAGING
Every rock star lives for thunderclaps of their fans. However, “thunderclap headaches”are a different story. People Magazine are reporting that rocker Bret Michaels suffered “thunderclap headaches” that doctors say are due to intensity and suddenness of the pain. Such headaches are a tell-tale symptom of the kind of brain hemorrhage that Michaels suffered.
The source People claim says that Bret Michaels headaches were so bad, it felt like someone was smashing him over the head with a baseball bat as the bleeding occurred.
It is not often always possible for doctors to locate the initial cause of bleeding with a brain hemorrhage. Isn’t the body such an intricate instrument–that remains one of the mysteries of the world? Let’s hope Michaels doctors have some good insights into his condition as he remains under observation in his rest and recovery process.

BRET MICHAEL’S WEBSITE UPDATE – 4.25.2010
This from Bret Michaels‘ website as the singer/ reality-TV star remains in intensive care after suffering a brain hemorrhage.
“Everyone at Michaels Entertainment would like to thank all fans and friends for their continued thoughts and prayers through this difficult time,” the post reads. “At this point Bret remains in ICU in critical condition. He is under 24-hour doctors’ care and supervision. We are hopeful that further tests will locate the source of the bleeding, which has still not been located. As we all know Bret is a fighter and we are hopeful that once all is complete the slurred speech, blurred vision and dizziness, etc. will be eliminated and all functions will return to normal.”

BRET MICHAELS DAD ON HIS SONS BRAIN HEMORRHAGE
Poor Bret Michaels. After suffering a brain hemorrhage yesterday, his dad has spoken to Radar Online . Says Bret’s dad Wally Sychek who spoke to Bret on the phone while he is still in ICU: “I talked to him this morning,. He sounded upbeat and positive but they had him sedated,” Sychak told RadarOnline.com. “But he’s doing good. He sounded like my son.”
Sychak told RadarOnline.com that Bret’s two daughters, ex-girlfriend, Kristi Lynn Gibson, and his tour manager are currently at the hospital with him. Doctors all agree that Brets type 1 diabetes is the cause of the hemorrhage.
According to WebMD the symptons of brain hemorrhaging ‘can vary. They depend on the location of the bleeding, the severity of the bleeding, and the amount of tissue affected. Symptoms may develop suddenly or over time. They may progressively worsen or suddenly appear.
If you exhibit any of the following symptoms, you may have a brain hemorrhage. This is a life-threatening condition, and you should call 911 or go to an emergency room immediately. The symptoms include:
- a sudden severe headache
- seizures with no previous history of seizures
- weakness in an arm or leg
- nausea or vomiting
- decreased alertness; lethargy
- changes in vision
- tingling or numbness
- difficulty speaking or understanding speech
- difficulty swallowing
- difficulty writing or reading
- loss of fine motor skills, such as hand tremors
- loss of coordination
- loss of balance
- an abnormal sense of taste
- loss of consciousness
Keep in mind that many of these symptoms are often caused by conditions other than brain hemorrhages.’
Bret Michaels condition is listed as critical by his doctors–but he’s in good hands. Wishing the Every Rose Has Its Thorn singer of great American rock anthems all the best in his rest and recovery today.

BRET MICHAELS SUFFERS A BRAIN HEMORRHAGE
This sounds both totally awful and also painfull too. According to People Magazine Bret Michaels of rock band Poison is currently in critical condition. The tabloid rag reports that, “After several CAT scans, MRIs and an angiogram, doctors decided to keep Michaels in the ICU and are running several tests to determine the cause. It will be touch and go for the next few days while he is under intense observation.”
Poor guy. Wishing him a quick recovery. He is one of Miley Cyrus new music collaborators amongst starring in his own reality TV show Rock of Love.
According to WebMD: “A brain hemorrhage is a type of stroke. It’s caused by an artery in the brain bursting and causing localized bleeding in the surrounding tissues. This bleeding kills brain cells.
