“Miley Cyrus’ father Billy Ray Cyrus has expressed his disappointment with her for being seen smoking a legal high.
The ‘Achy Breaky Heart’ hitmaker – who is currently divorcing wife Tish – took to twitter following the video of 18-year-old Miley smoking salvia from a bong.
He wrote: “Sorry guys. I had no idea. Just saw this stuff for the first time myself. I’m so sad. There is so much beyond my control right now.”
Anthony Adams – a former California State Assemblyman who previously tried to ban the drug in his state – believes salvia, which is legal in a number of U.S. states, can make people do “crazy” things and has blasted her for being irresponsible to her legions of young fans.
He said: “You do incredibly crazy things. Miley is a star and young kids are going to emulate her behaviour.”
In the video taken of Miley smoking the drug, she is seen confusing a party guest for ‘Last Song’ co-star and ex-boyfriend Liam Hemsworth as well as giggling uncontrollably.
She said: “OK, I’m about to lose it now. I’m having a little bit of a trip right now.

‘My’ girl Miley‘s folks are separating. According to Access Hollywood: “Billy Ray filed for the divorce in Tennessee, citing irreconcilable differences. He is asking for shared custody of the couple’s three minor children and an “equitable distribution of the marital estate.” Reports People, the star couple’s statement reads: “As you can imagine, this is a very difficult time for our family. We are trying to work through some personal matters. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers.”
In Hollywood showbiz families live under immense pressure to stay on top of their game. Billy Ray and Tish are going to give the Arquette-Cox split (and a gazillion other celeb-split couples like Arguilera-Bratman etc) a run for their fame and money with this news.
Tish and Billy Ray – a very solid team on many levels – are going to play ball. This will be inneresting, but this family exists to get their princess noticed and protect her empire. Miley’s current album deals with bird imagery, Kanye West is running with that imagery now, so the Cyrus camp have to do something to break the deadlock. Bullying happens every day in Hollywood. It goes with the territory of being here. Let’s hope their relationship is deep on the friendship front. Their press statement is protectionary, categorizing Miley as a minor, repositioning her to sit within her teen audience base again after her break from Disney has been rougher than expected. UNBELIEVABLY FREAKIN OBVIOUS – THE CYRUS BOYS DO PARANORMAL ACTIVITY TV
Here’s some exciting news. Ian Punnett of Coast 2 Coast AM radio fame, might just get a cameo on this TV Series from the Cyrus family.
Variety is reporting today that Billy Ray Cyrus and Trace Cyrus are developing a new TV show for SyFy called, UFO: Unbelievably Freakin’ Obvious. The show is described as “a new reality skein in which conspiracy theories involving unexplained activity and paranormal phenomena are investigated.”
The Cyrus lads will take a ‘skeptical’ approach at the paranormal sites they investigate. “The existence of paranormal phenomena is something I’ve always wanted to explore further,” Cyrus said. “Getting the opportunity to take this adventure with my son, who has always had a keen interest in this area, is a dream come true. I hope this series can shine a light on some of the activities we have questioned, and the mysteries that have long inspired us.”
The production is being produced by Peacock Productions, executive producing by Mark Stern.
Let’s see what they come up with in St Paul Minnesota. That will be the best show. For sure. And if these lads get stuck for content, the paranormal themes of Trace’s tattoos could make a paranormal TV ep, all on their own. Brilliant TV. Returning to the roots of American radio’s ratings hey day with the paranormal theme. Television that provides good freakin obvious family viewing. They’ve got their quircke freak going on. Nice one.

BILLY RAY CYRUS BAND BROTHER CLYDE HAS A NEW ALBUM
~”I wish I was a little less crazy, a little less out there… I wish I was a little more solid, a little more grounded”~Billy Ray Cyrus thinks humility and green.
Miley Cyrus‘ papa, Billy Ray Cyrus goes in to bat, for American’s teen Queen -after her bird imagery of her Can’t Be Tamed album, got covered in an oil slick of CNN TV coverage about endangered birds of the gulf oil crises (for reals).
Billy Ray is pictured here with band members of Brother Clyde patching up the family’s image. Nice job. Cyrus takes Iraq war lyrics and fuses them with a Florida green issue, overlay, with music video pics of current events.
His Iraq comment via the boot is this: “Lately (a single form the band’s self titled album) is coming out very soon,” Billy Ray reports. “It is a really powerful record about the sign of our times … I just got back from Iraq and Afghanistan. Seeing what is going on in our world, the song ‘Lately’ is going to speak to a lot of people. The music is going to translate.”
Musically, Billy Ray is all about experimenting (with country, grunge, rap and rock fusion) while fostering a group of up and coming, eclectic alternative india musicians with a slow down and feel good again message, for earth/ life sustainability too. Here’s the band’s new song, Lately.

Remember five months ago when in pink on black, Ava Sambora stepped out with rocker dad, Richie Sambora, to the Twilight New Moon premiere? She looked just like her momma.
Well this week, Ava has successfully completed her first runway fashion show.
Her mother, actress Heather Loclear proudly snapped pics on her iphone when Ava walked down the runway for the White Trash Beautiful show over the weekend.
Loclear tells People “I’m very, very proud of her. I’m very excited, and I’m here to support her. And the minute she’s done I’m going to grab her and wipe off her makeup and get her into her pjs.”

BILLY RAY CYRUS IS IN IRAQ FOR THE TROOPS
Billy Ray Cyrus is celebrating Christmas abroad right now with US Troops stationed abroad.
“I’ll try to spread a little Christmas cheer to our troops [based in Iraq],” he tells People. “Then I’ll go meet the family in England around Christmas Eve. Miley is touring over there. I’d rather be in Tennessee, but I don’t think it’s a matter of where you’re at — it’s who you’re with.”
Billy Ray is the Obama government’s preferred show biz dad of first preference to go out on a tour of duty to encourage dads and parents with children back home serving their country. Good for him!

REVIVING POP-METAL: EVERY ROSE HAS ITS THORN by MILEY CYRUS
According to Rolling Stone Magazine, teen superstar, Miley Cyrus is in studio in New York recording a cover of Poison’s #1 hit song, Every Rose Has It’s Thorn.
Can Cyrus revive the music and entertainment genre of pop metal music sales for America? The song is a great choice for this American rose who has the approval of the Queen of England to entertain Britain and Commonwealth nation’s youth too.
Yes she can!
Meanwhile, Cyrus’ grammy nomination for her songwriters of The Climb single, has just been yanked from her and replaced by Karen O’s song instead from Where the Wild Things Are. That’s ‘Award-speak’ for, Miley Cyrus has declined the Grammy’s offer of going to the Grammys to perform so they’ve replaced her song. Go here to read the latest.
A move on the chess board towards ‘pop-metal’ is a nod to her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, who used to be a fan of Poison and also her brother Trace Cyrus’ band Metro Station who do oustanding electro-pop like Lady Gaga but could easily transition into pop-metal too. Doug Pitt, the brother of actor Brad Pitt, has just announced that the Brad Pitt family, Doug and his wife Lisa and Rob and Julie Neal (nee Pitt) have made a $1 million donation to St. John’s in Springfield, Missouri!
A “new 31 pediatric unit, a 10-bedroom hospital-based Ronald McDonald House; and double the size the neonatal intensive and pediatric intensive care units,” will be funded from the donation, that also aids cancer research.
In honor of their mother, the medical center is being renamed. It will be called the St. John’s Jane Pitt Pediatric Cancer Center. Celebrities who give and who honor their parents are THE BEST! Let’s all do the same.

Love is never easy. Especially when a 20 year-old has to wait until a 16 year-old grows up, in the hope that she’ll marry him in her twenties.
This is the frustation that Justin Gatson has been experiencing, which has led Miley to want time apart.
E! News is saying that they suspect Miley’s ressurected working relationship with Nick Jonas to be the cause of Justin’s jealousy and their rumored split.
US Weekly is stating that the young couple, officially parted for good on Sunday.
Says their ‘source’… “They have been having trouble for a while… It’s been hard for a long time since Miley has been working so much and traveling a lot.”
Really though, it was when Miley’s costar of Hannah Montana, said that he wished Miley would “date someone her own age,” to the media, that Miley saw the need to take the heat off her and Justin and take a break for her fan base’s sake. At the end of the day, that’s who Miley as a business entity has to consider. She’s not stupid.

COWBOY MULLET by BILLY RAY CYRUS
Billy Ray Cyrus is mulling things over, with the return of his famous mullet, (a hair cut that is half cowboy-half Indian fusion) at the Country Music Awards last night in Nashville.
His mullet brings back good memories of more simpler times in the world.
This time his mullet is copper colored, like his famous daughter’s current hair color. Show biz families, we love!!! They’re always reinventing through life’s temporal trials.
I like Billy Ray’s ability to get up and move things forward. Not many of us, could have harnessed a whole Disney machinery of empire and worldwide marketing magic, while appearing humble country bumpkin-ish in the manners department, like Billy Ray did for his daughter by appearing as an actor in a kid’s show.
