1 bilion people in the world don’t have access to clean drinking water. Yet we are made up of 63% H2O as people. I think true celebrity is about whose moving water flows in the world. It’s as simple as something like that.

On the positive side–America is showing the most signs of improvement for economic growth opportunities it works for with ‘our’ own ‘American’ hands in the future. Plus, plenty of opportunity ahead to make up for these forced-handed bullying tactics too, out in the open and on display with the rest of The World. Namaste India and Japan for the helping hand to America at this time in US history.

It’s one thing to make mistakes. It’s another thing to fix them and be sorry about your mistakes. That’s David Letterman’s story, Monday, where in a live taping about his sexual misdemeanors (and the alleged extortion scandal over his affairs with interns), David Letterman apologized.
Letterman said sorry to his wife Regina Lasko and also his production team. It’s a good start. Maybe Letterman is not a wannabe Jon Gosselin, after all. That’s a relief to see. Onwards and upwards then.
Taylor Swift went on The View, Tuesday. When asked whether she had received an apology from West, Swift said no.
Now TMZ is reporting that a rep from The View, says the Kanye called Taylor right after her segment ended. He was very remorseful and profusely apologized.
Says The Views PR person: “After the show he spoke personally to the country music superstar via telephone and has apologized to the 19-year-old singer. She has accepted Mr. West’s apology. The contents of the phone call are to remain private.”
Nice to see that duet with Taylor Swift and Kanye West, is coming along nicely then!
He has the hottest America girlfriend in US modelling, Amber Rose, so perhaps he can be forgiven for getting carried away with him impetuous bad self! Ever the showman, if Kanye West didn’t do pranks like robbing Taylor Swift of her moment of glory, and cutting in on her speech, stealing the VMA show, than it perhaps wouldn’t be as entertaining as it was.
Kanye West, love him or loathe him brought the drama last night. No one’s sure for certain, whether his interruption of Swift’s speech was staged by MTV, between West, Swift, Beyonce and Jay-Z to create a finale that could somehow equal the brilliant Michael Jackson tribute opener by MJ performance footage/ Madonna and Janet. The show had to be balanced out somehow after a great opening tribute number to the King of Pop, so this creative interruption from Kanye provided the big payoff moment for Taylor Swift, and put Swift ahead of Lady Gaga and Pink after Beyonce herself of course. Hey, that’s how showbiz and stars keep the star power close to their chests. Jay-Z is perhaps the King of this, behind the scenes.

Oh dear… blogger Perez Hilton (real name, Mario Lavandeira) does not understand the meaning of the word assualt.
The blogger, who cried wolf for “mad attention” at a major music industry award in Canada, wrongly accusing music producer/ music artist, Will I Am, of The Black Eyed Peas for assaulting him… still has not offered Will I Am an apology for lying via twitter. Instead, Perez is now suing a different named assaulter, because he knows Will I Am did not assault him. (more…)
Alright, Madonna’s clumsy handling over Chifundo James (aka “mercy james”) of Malawi which, as it turns out over the weekend, was more public and worse than how Madonna can handle a horse! Well anyway, that clumsy attempt at a ‘celebrity adoption snatch’ got me riled, to the point where I’ve done my fair bit of Madonna knocking lately.
Jamie Foxx appeared on Jay Leno’s show to get himself out of the dog box, for his outlandish comments he said about Miley Cyrus. I’m sure super band Radio Head approved of Foxx’s daddy paddling of the young Cyrus superstar, but the way in which it was done was henous!
Realizing this, Foxx on Jaye Leno’s tonight show said this last night: “I so apologise to her, and I’m sincere. You guys know that I’m a comedian… And whatever I say, you know I don’t mean any of it. I have a radio show on Sirius, and I’m really the black Howard Stern and go at everybody. I apologise to Miley Cyrus. I’ve got a daughter too, but I’m a comedian and I apologize.
