KANYE WEST GIVES TO THE HOMELESS IN LA
Los Angeles is the homeless capital of the USA as well as being the most glamorous city of beautiful people. Both coexist side by side in The City of Angels. LA is quite schizophrenic like that… it’s all just a part of the crazy of Tinsel town. So when a star like Kanye West turns up to feed the homeless… that is really the meeting place and center of Hollywood life.
Rapper Kanye West made a surprise appearance at the Los Angeles Mission Saturday (Dec. 26). The Grammy winner, joined girlfriend Amber Rose and an army of volunteers to serve lunch to the homeless.
“It’s just important [to give back] when you’re very blessed,” West told TheBoomBox.
West enjoyed wearing an apron while on serving duty. ”[It's nice] to spread your blessings and take time out, especially during the holidays to appreciate people who never get that appreciation. It makes me feel really good to come out here, [with] my family, and I just thank ya’ll [the Los Angeles Mission] for allowing us to be apart of this.”
What a guy! That’s why he’s a greater American entertainer each year. :)
