According to Forbes Best Actors for The Buck List of 2011, Kristen Stewart is ranked no 1, because “for every $1 Stewart is paid, her films earn an average $55.83.” Her famous co-star Robert Pattinson is ranked no.3 as “for every $1 Pattinson is paid, his films earn an average $39.43.” Finally, Stewart’s 2nd famous costar, young Taylor Lautner doesn’t fare too badly either as a box office earner with teen markets.
The last 12 months I’ve been very light on blogging about “Twilight Saga” stories.
However, collectively you voted Stewart, Pattinson and Lautner, the 8th most voted stars of 2011.
For creating jobs for a new generation to step into, isn’t a visionary person like Stephenie Meyer just genius?!
Taylor Lautner is rumored to be signed to Goliath (2013) to costar with Dwayne Johnson.

We’ve just had a public holiday for Queen’s Birthday weekend here in Aotearoa, New Zealand. Yes, we really do still celebrate Queen Elizabeth II’s birthday in the South Pacific. No.1 on this blog today is Pippa Middleton running her nono (a Maori word for butt) off in a triathlon in the UK.
She’s one fit, new in-law into the royal family ranks. Here’s Pippa pictured as a keen athlete via a photo from UKate website.
Horiwood’s Top Ten most voted news posts today globally by you all from over 50 nations of readers are:
2.About Horiwood–> Question: Have you heard of new politico, Lynette Stewart yet? She’s greypower, insightful and she rocks! :)
Alright… let’s go New Zealand. :)
NIKKI REED NEWS: She’s dated oil shipping tycoon heir and she plays a no-nonsense vampira chick in Stephenie Meyer‘s smash hit movie franchise about vampires, and now Nikki Reed is moving on, to a new romance, that’s culminated in a quick engagement. Reports, American Idol blog: “Now we have Paul McDonald, who finished eighth, already engaged to “Twilight” actress Nikki Reed after less than three months of dating. The pair met in March at “The Little Red Riding Hood” premiere. People has the details. She’s 23. He’s 26. Reed showed off her ring at the MTV Movie Awards last night.” Go Nikki Reed!
LYNETTE STEWART NEWS: “If you ask Lynette Stewart about her career highlight, don’t expect to be told about her present role chairing the Northland DHB, or about being chief executive officer of Te Taitokerau Maori health provider (Mapo), an organisation of which she led the establishment.
For 62-year-old Mrs Stewart, a former nurse and social worker, one of the proudest moments of her long and distinguished career in the health sector is much simpler.
She was a young nurse working in a ward where there was a severely disabled child of three or four years of age.
That child had not responded to anybody, not even his own parents, yet he reached out to her and was absolutely receptive when she responded to him.
They formed a strong connection and she started carrying him on her hip as she did her rounds. It was a breakthrough for both child and nurse.
It was a moment in her life that she “utterly believes” taught her the importance of reaching out to others, particularly disabled children.
After having a family of her own Mrs Stewart began working with the Crippled Children’s Society in Auckland.
“My life has really been about working with people,” she said.
She has long considered her work a “privilege” so when she learned of her Queen’s Birthday Honour, she was completely surprised.
“I absolutely love the work I’m doing in the health sector and it has been a real pleasure to get up in the morning and go to my job.”
Mrs Stewart has held a string of high-level positions in the health sector.
She has been a member of the Northland DHB for six years, the past five as chairwoman, and helped start Te Taitokerau Mapo in 1996. She is also a member of the National Health Committee, the Public Health Advisory Committee and the Health Workforce Advisory Committee.
She was a member of the ACC Review Committee, the Treaty of Waitangi Public Information Advisory Programme Board, the Maori Rural Training Consortium and is a past president of the New Zealand Association of Social Workers.
She is proud to say she has just graduated with a master of management degree from Auckland University.
Mrs Stewart lives in Parua Bay.
She is married to Warren, has five children and nine grandchildren.
Mrs Stewart was born in Whangarei Hospital and grew up in Whananaki.
Her siblings include MP Winston Peters, Northland Regional Councillor Jim Peters and Northland Rugby Union chairman Whangarei lawyer Wayne Peters.
* New role as clergyman came upon retirement.
Lynette has two twin daughters I knew growing up in Kiwiland. They are Sharon and Jodi. They are a rugby obsessed sportsloving family who are also fine singers. I like them a lot as good Kiwi people. They are always good fun. :)
I think that in these times, people who know how to pray a nation through any natural (or man-made) disaster or economic trial have a serious place in Parliament. When Lynette Stewart prays, good stuff happens. Bring on the good stuff, through this lady, I reckon!
Lynette Stewart is one person who is well worthy of the world’s consideration and profile as a leader with insight. Go Lynette! and yes, on this blog, we cover grey power smartness and Young Hollywood and Young Royals news, all in one. Enjoy. :)

A singing teen who shares the same show biz name as Taylor Lautner‘s Twilight Saga character’s sister, “Rebecca Black” managed to chalk up major heat overnight as the world found our hearts in our throats while on world watch for our brothers and sisters of Sendai Japan in this nation’s dark hour.
Of Rebecca Black‘s online mini-hit Friday, commentary has not been kind about the auto-tune sound and the music video.
As one commentator wrote, “It’s like everyone involved was given cat tranquilizers and then forced at gunpoint to make a video. The expression on her face when she’s saying the “fun fun fun fun” line is somewhere between ‘I’m saying “fun” but that word means something different on our world’ and ‘Help me I am being held hostage by Kim Jong Il and forced to do this.’”
The jingle, was penned by The Ark Factory, who for the right amount of money can take your child and create a hit just for them. It’s sort of Glee-karaoke culture, but with an ‘original’ penned song. Read up on that here. It’s Rebecca’s expressions in the video where she’s in on her own joke that make her music video, a pure work of pop culture for teens in the USA. She’s like pizza for kids, her vibe is good to go.
Hollywood entertainment news as voted by you the people, here from Hollywood today, rounds out our top ten as follows.

If you’re a Twilight fan don’t pee in your pants with this news, because California’s brightest twenty-something star is set to walk in the shoes of Snow White for director Palak Patel.
She not only brings her fan base to the deal but when you think about it, this is the story of America’s sweetheart at the movies as created and envisaged in California by a great.
Smart casting choice.

THERESA DOES CROSSWORD YOGA, MAORI JAZZ POETRY IN NEW ORLEANS, FORMOSA HISTORY, DR. MATT TELLS ME IAN AND JAMIE ARE IN TOWN FROM CHINA – AND SIR ELTON JOHN AND BILLY JOEL ARE OVER THE CELEBRITY REHAB HOLLYWOOD TREND ALREADY TOO
Crossword girl sits opposite me in the cafe, her feet in a cross-legged position on her chair as she scribbles, like it’s yoga class over coffee. It’s good to see someone writing in this day and age. Like, with a pen. I jump on Facebook and see my friend Dale from Wellington, Aotearoa-New Zealand wants to head to New Orleans for the Jazz & Heritage Festival this year. How cultured of her.
Dale must already be over racking up ten out of ten tans in Hawaii. Dale did that twice last year and loved it, but perhaps New Orleans would be more fun. She reads books anyway, so how’s that going to mesh with our spicy crawfish gumbo, serious paella palate research and sarsaparilla vodka martini sessions, with all the beaut music that dance-loving Maoris will instantly want to do, if I go with her? The world’s hottest books list, might feel a bit neglected, this US trip of Dale’s.
Then there’s all those vampire movie sets we’ll have to visit in New Orleans too, like where the Twilight Saga kids (Kristen Stewart, Alex Meraz, Taylor Lautner and Robert Pattinson) all are filming, or where Oscar winner Anna Paquin‘s True Blood cast film too, or even where Brad Pitt, Kirsten Dunce and Tom Cruise filmed the Anne Rice novel adaptation too, of that film, Interview with a
Politician Vampire we’ll have to get photographs of at – as well, if we do New Orleans with a Hollywood Maori twist. I don’t know if I can cope without my new Orthodox Jewish friends nearby for too long these days in such political-economic climates of the world; or when you pick up any newspaper. But I think I just might manage.
Of course we should as Dale and I always had movie dates in the nation’s capitol of Wellington when we both worked in government in New Zealand on Sundays, so we should keep our tradition going as US movie loving hori film buffs. Already the possibilities of fun in New Orleans are sounding tres exciting, and that’s months away. I know Dale already has friends there, so that could be rivetingly wild as Dale does biz too. She’s a bright spark with a fine sense of Nati humor, I have always been proud of to have as my friend.
Knowing Dale though, while I’m running around vampire set locations, she’ll be more green thinking conscience, like wanting to go and meet the real people of New Orleans who live in the lakes and inlet areas, to talk to them about how they managed to clean up the environment after the gulf oil spill crises with BP. Remember that?
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Twilight Saga‘s Kristen Stewart has been named as the front runner to play Snow White, alongside Oscar winner Charlize Theron‘s Wicked Witch character and Lord of The Rings Viggo Mortensen as the Woodsman in the movie Snow White and the Huntsman.
A hot casting line up already, if Stewart accepts the role. Her rep hasn’t confirmed or denied the news yet. I guess Kristen is asking Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook (in his new role as clairvoyant to politicians and stars) what Mark thinks about this news, and whether she should or not. Lol! I think Stewart should do it.

Actor Peter Facinelli is finding it difficult to shoot both The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn movies at the same time – because he keeps forgetting which scenes he’s filming. The star, who plays vampire Dr. Carlisle Cullen in the franchise, is busy working on the final pictures, which are set for release later this year (11) and 2012.
MAORI TAIAHA CULTURE IN HOLLYWOOD: “One of the most sought after and valued Polynesian art piece is the Maori taiaha (pronounced tie-ah-ha). The taiaha is a traditional weapon of the Maori of Aotearoa (New Zealand). This hardwood weapon is used for close-quarters combat. Though sometimes referred to as a spearlike weapon, the taiaha is not used as a spear. Held with two hands, short, calculated strikes, blocks and thrusts are conducted to intimidate and exhibit the prowess, strength, power (mana) and the skill of the Maori warriors.–Black Pearl Designs.

Director Bill Condon already appears to be adding his golden movie-making touch to the Twilight Saga. Entertainment Weekly (print edition only) has an exclusive first peek at Breaking Dawn – Part I. The romance setting- Bella (Kristen Stewart) and Edward (Robert Pattinson) as husband and wife on their wedding night, sets this scene on Isle Esme.
“It’s one of the most anticipated scenes,” Breaking Dawn director Bill Condon tells EW. “I spent a tremendous amount of time thinking about it. The anticipation is part of it and you want to play with what people expect and maybe subvert it a little and surprise them.”
Stellar stuff from Hollywood industry’s no.1 ranked cinematic couple for box office sales future.

Robert Pattinson gets more Facebook (The Social Network) friendly as a star watching world trends closely. Deadline reports, ‘Pattinson will star in Cosmopolis, the Don DeLillo novel adaptation that David Cronenberg wrote and will direct. Pattinson will play Eric Packer. A financial wunderkind, Packer risks his entire fortune to bet against the yen on a tumultuous day. His deed puts him in the crosshairs for assassination in a drama that is a study of capitalism in a slightly futuristic metropolis. Most of the scenes in the book take place in the limousine that transports Packer from place to place.’ A modern day road movie then. The easiest films to direct, with the movie to be carried by Pattinson’s face.
This pic or Robert Pattinson sourced from Cover Awards of New York who write today when observing magazine sales trends these words: “Men’s magazine editors take note: covers with topless pop stars, eight-pack ab-bearing models, Twilight stars who talk about vagina allergies and actors throwing karate chops/drinks sell like hot cakes on the newsstand.
Courtesy of the Audit Bureau of Circulations Rapid Report, we’ve compiled a gallery of the top selling men’s magazine issues of 2010. Leonardo DiCaprio on Esquire, Robert Pattinson on Esquire, Robert Downey Jr. on Men’s Journal, Rihanna on GQ and Sean Faris on Men’s Health. What do [you] think? Does the public have good taste?”
I think Cover Awards have good taste. They are consistently brilliant with all the magazine covers they provide us all year round. They have such a good website. After all, it is the cover that sells a magazine more often than not. Thanks C.A in NYC.

FRENCH LAD JONAH MADEYA READS HORIWOOD.COM CELEBRITY NEWS IN HOLLYWOOD, ENTERTAINMENT CAPITOL OF THE WORLD – 1.5.11
Writes Jonah Madeya, a new Horiwood.Com reader in Hollywood (pictured):
“Jesus, tu rate toutes les exentricites de L.A. ce qui s`est passer aujourd`hui n`est qu`une fine partie. So, change d`avis et debarque !”
Translation – “You miss all the crazy things that happens in Los Angeles and what you saw today, was just a smile thing really, so change your mind and come back here!”
That’s right, France, come back here!
The interesting thing I discovered today is that Jonah has a French HP computer keyboard, arranged tots differently to how our Anglais-American friendly computer keyboards are arranged. Also, when Jonah googles Horiwood.Com, totally different blog posts come up as being Horiwood.Com’s top google ranked posts than what you see appearing on USA computer screens via Google. I wonder why that is? Strange. Twilight Saga movie news posts are top ranking on the version of Google that Jonah uses. This is the top post that appears on Jonah’s computer from Feb 2nd 2009! Fascinating stuff. Here in Hollywood Google results appear like so, on my computer.
BTW: The French are so crazy about rugby football that they make mad promotions for their favorite football code, like this picture promoting Paris tourism with rugby football as a draw to watch live. You’d perhaps never see a quircke rugby promotion like this one in New Zealand. Australia? Yeah … most probably! Lol!

When someone steals/ shares? your sh*t, it’s always a compliment in Tinsel Town. Hollywood is doing just that to British lad Robert Pattinson at the moment, with this sorta lookalike American actor, doing a Pattinson in a Michael Douglas Wall Street ripped off TV series.
It’s called White Collar and posits that “to catch a thief, it pays to be one.” Or in their case, it pays to pose as Robert Pattinson.
Looking at the wider picture though – does anyone have any creative ideas in this town of their own – or is seguing into trends to spike existing market veins the only thing this town can do in Television?
I suppose we have to thank the U.K then, for a new Hollywood TV show. In a Hollywood humorist kind of way –this let’s you know how big a star Robert Pattinson is, and exactly what the American people think of him. Huge cloning compliments going on here!
