MATH’S FORMULAS, CRICKET, FUNDING ALLOCATIONS PR, WIRED TOYS & THE BUILDING INDUSTRY POWERING AHEAD
They are the only city in NZ to have a $30b rebuild budget continously hounded and pitched for investment funds allocation to their citizens and residents whims and needs. The effects of the city’s misfortunes two years ago, had devastating consequences for regional development of all New Zealanders, as it turned out.
Yes, the Southern City of Christchurch’s rebuild project, had unceasing press over 2012 and using graphic models video, a $30b rebuild was the city’s one main story in 2012.
So, what have they come up with in 2013? Some plastic, a few wires, in a robot design. The three scientists (pictured) claim, the building industry will benefit as a result of the new.
[let's hope that works for them then in the city's clever use of math and creative electronics crafts].

BRITAIN TO L.A: COMEDIC ENTREPRENEURS 2013
true fact: i once used to do p.r for a girl called stephanie who was the p.a of jerry seinfeld‘s private business investment portfolio companies. when jerry was making that bee movie and his wife was rocking a new cookbook in new york, stephanie (who was single) was in l.a working on her own fashion line for dog owners. she called the line k9 as jerry had told her, the usa has lots of dogs. stephanie decided to take that advice and do what jerry did, just on a product line that reflected more her own lifestyle. stephanie loved her pooch britney so much. so today, when i see a photo of the cast of seinfeld, i do think jews in entertainment who entertain. and i think stephanie too. she was so quirky angsty funny, this post reflects her humor.
lesley carter, on her wesbite is concerned that children want to create a bucket list of their own. lesley thought that was her gig on an adventurous tourism website.

deborah chester is quite innovative: a brit resident to new zealand, chester who is also an avid entrepreneur, has thought up the K9H20 mineral vita-water range for the USA’s 78m puppies population. deborah says she has dubai, japan interested now in her venture, that lands in the usa in beef, free range chicken, fresh mint and peanut butter flavors. lol!
furthermore, chester’s biz venture prior to to that, was a tyre protection device that she supplies to Chrysler and new car dealerships. hoping to branch out in a bunch of new countries in 2013, she just gets on with it that deborah.
–that’s what jerry seinfeld‘s name reminds me of: deborah and lesley… real go getters! :)
incidentally jerry’s main business developers are lawyers. who would have thought?!

I read Rachel Glucina‘s gossip section on occasion. Today she had a line up of AIG’s sponsored pets news in NZ and the USA. To read all about it, click on pic. In that Hollywood way, Glucina is smarmy funny, if there’s irony at all in smarmy folks being funny without getting majorities off-side in today’s world.
Rachel is clever. It’s actually quite difficult to throw together a gossip page of local celebrity news in New Zealand without offending people too much. Glucina sort of walks the plank well on that one. She even managed to get a Maori celebrity into the mix this week as well. On ya.

One question: In order to be relevant is Pippa Wetzell “brown” enough to even host a show like “Fair Go” in New Zealand?
She should be hosting Paratai Drive: The White Go (Unabashed) show. Okay it would be TV fantasy, yet more real than Fair Go at the moment. The new show could run straight after Fair Go. I guarantee Paratai Go would rate better, for its straight up honesty.
I’d hate to see the lovely Wetzell ‘under-valued’ as true TV talent in our shipping zone nation.

New TV Pilot News: One of TV’s funniest guys has a new gig.
Fox has given a pilot order to an untitled comedy project toplined by former SNL regular Andy Samberg. The pilot, about a diverse group of detectives at a New York precinct, will be executive produced by Dan Goor and co-creator/showrunner Mike Schur. David Miner also will executive produce, with Samberg producing. Universal TV, where Schur has an overall deal, is behind the comedy. More@THR.

iFILTER APPS – ALEX GETS CREATIVE
Apparently online peeps in the UK have taken to creating their favorite App idea.
One that I found funny was Alex with his App idea to censor information you might already have learned enough times. What he’s suggesting is that people who think original thoughts should be heard more. We need to train people on media platforms to create original content, especially in the way they (we) express ideas. Alex wants to block content that annoys him with his App idea.
For Alex that is: [The App] would end buzz-filled headlines that read something like ‘complex and interrelated socioeconomic factors,’ ‘the squeezed-middle” or ‘worry of the rising fiscal cliff’ and ‘crowd-sourcing a more nuanced approach to helicopter parenting’. Instead we would just read ‘the worry of therising’ – this filtered phrase, would encourage people to stand up, look outside, inspire their imaginations… and burn fat.”
