CIA GOSSIP – PETRAEUS TAKES EARLY RETIREMENT FROM CIA
CIA director David Petraeus has resigned from his post, admitting that after 37 years of marriage, he had an extra-marital affair.
In a statement, Mr Petraeus said he had submitted his resignation to President Barack Obama, and that he had shown “extremely poor judgement”.
He described his behaviour as “unacceptable” and for the leader of the nation’s main intelligence agency.–More@BBC. I used to read Petraeus once in the USA from the pages of Rolling Stone Magazine. Obama gave him rock star status. He was like a rock star before he took the job at the CIA.

JOHN KERRY AND JOHN KIRIAKOU’S LEAKY BLACK EYES, BROKEN CIA NOSE HOCKEY NEWS
First There was John Kerry’s Broken Nose and Two Black Hockey Eyes: “Sen. John Kerry made quite an impression on Monday when he appeared at a White House event honoring the Stanley Cup champs, the Boston Bruins, sporting a broken nose and two black eyes.
The 68-year-old senior Democrat from Massachusetts suffered the injuries during a pickup hockey game over the holidays. According to the Political Intelligence blog, Kerry was hit in the face with a hockey stick.
“He’s totally fine,” Kerry spokeswoman Whitney Smith told ABC News. “Very ironically he busted his nose recently playing ice hockey, so the Bruins can certainly relate.”
Kerry has played hockey for many years, typically in the forward/right wing position. The centrist lawmaker and former presidential contender also participates in the Congressional Hockey Challenge, a charity event between lawmakers and lobbyists that raises thousands of dollars for the Fort Dupont Ice Hockey Club in Washington D.C,” reported The Huffington Post.
Then there was the John Kerry ex-staffer John Kiriakou who allegedly leadked the names of CIA Ops. “A former staffer for Bay State Sen. John F. Kerry has been charged with leaking the names of CIA operatives, including one who was involved in the interrogation of terror suspects held at the U.S. military base in Guantanamo Bay, according to the U.S. Department of Justice and Kerry’s office.
John Kiriakou, 47, of Arlington, Va., a CIA intelligence officer between 1990 and 2004, worked at headquarters and in various classified overseas assignments. Between 2009 and 2011, Kiriakou worked as an investigator for the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, while Kerry was chairman, Kerry’s office confirmed.
Kerry’s office said they were not aware of any allegations of wrongdoing against Kiriakou until he was charged this week,” wrote The Boston Sun.
Hmmm… There’s just one two many Johns and a lot of K’s and R’s going in this story! Oh, well.
