US Magazine reports: Chris Martin, Cameron Diaz and Gwyneth Paltrow had fun over the week in Los Angeles.
The casually-dressed trio chatted over sushi and drinks at Sugar Fish in L.A.’s Brentwood neighborhood Oct. 22. After about an hour, Bad Teacher star Diaz, 40, drove away in her Aston Martin, while the spouses of nearly nine years drove home in their own car. (Martin, 35, and Paltrow, 40, are parents to daughter Apple, 8, and son Moses, 6.)
I think 20 is the new 20. 40 has just gotten racyer. 40 is 40.
We shouldn’t take away young people’s turn. :)
Diaz’s Euro-Latina beauty still on show from the UK magazine’s cover spot. Not taking herself at all seriously (Diaz’s charm trait), she is still LA’s sexiest comedian for sure!
[In US Music News: #40 on the US Top 100 music charts is this country music number: Cowboys & Angels by Dustin Lynch. A Bing Lounge, live performance, Portland Oregon].

She started out as a model, yet always a comedian at heart, Tom Cruise and Beyonce‘s friend, actor Cameron Diaz has a film project in the pipeline at the Toronto International Film Festival 2012. What is the film project achieving as an artistic film then?
The actress has loaned her American star power to Monty Python’s efforts to raise the group from the dead..
David Simpson writes: “Cameron Diaz voices Sigmund Freud in this exclusive clip of A Liar’s Autobiography – The Untrue Story of Monty Python’s Graham Chapman based on the book. The animated movie (not for kids) was the work of 14 animation studios combined energy. The film’s world premiere is at TIFF and opens in theaters and on EPIX on November 2, 2012.”
In Cameron’s real life movie star news, Diaz is working in London: The Daily Mail reports: “After a busy day filming The Counselor, Hollywood heavyweights Cameron Diaz, Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem jumped at the chance to relax over dinner at Mayfair’s exclusive 34 Restaurant. Mayfair is the eatery, specializing in British game and seafood.
Photo caption: Diaz texts on her Blackberry after she sped through London in a limo post dining.
“The Counselor, which is about a lawyer who becomes embroiled in a drug trafficking ring, also stars heart throbs Brad Pitt and Michael Fassbender. The latter has apparently already travelled to the UK to film his scenes, reported The UK’s Daily Mail media outlet.
After dinner the friends were mobbed by fans and paparazzi leaving the restaurant.
If reading from Canada will you be attending TIFF this year? :)

A decision to cut costs by increasing classroom sizes in the majority of schoolrooms in New Zealand is causing a lot of debate. About 89 people were surveyed and their faces and views appear in today’s national newspaper. (Indeed Yahoo tackle the topic too).
Hekia Parata and Hollywood’s Cameron Diaz are also news on the blog today. In the newspaper. What are the people saying? Let’s take a look at 3 voices opinions.
“I’m not for it. We need to invest in children, and having bigger class sizes is going to be detrimental across the board.”–Kitrina Jeffs, Company director, Miss Waiheke Island 2012 and mother, shares.
“Better teacher training is alright but shouldn’t the teachers be trained anyway? Some good will come out of it but the government is making bad points to make good points. It’s like robbing Peter to pay Paul.–Adam Pihama, a baker, simply says.
“I think its bloody ridiculous. I can remember being at school during the war and classes were all increased. They couldn’t reach all the children,” says Ewen Peat, retired of Masterton and speaking for grey power. (more…)
“Cameron Diaz is in final negotiations to join the spectacular cast of The Counselor, the Ridley Scott-directed drama based on the original script by Pulitzer Prize-winning author Cormac McCarthy. She will join Michael Fassbender, Brad Pitt and Javier Bardem and Oscar winner Penelope Cruz.
Diaz is cast in the strong supporting role playing Malkina. Fassbender plays the title role of a respected lawyer who thinks he can dip a toe into the drug business without getting sucked down, which proves to be a life-threatening decision.”
With such a star line up, and Scott’s name attached as director, it sounds like a no.1 hit at the North American box office to me.
Diaz is pictured above on the red carpet of her latest appearance at the Met Gala 2012 where she wowed in an ’eco dress’ by Stella McCartney. UK Daily Mail noted her choice was, “a custom-made gown created from organic, certified silk adorned with thousands of glass beads and crystal chain as she attended the annual fashion event at the city’s Metropolitan Museum of Art.”
Did Madonna ban Cameron Diaz from her Oscars party? Usually, Oscars hosts have higher billing on Oscars night, than non-Oscars hosts, winners and nominees. Madge needs to chill. She had Super Bowl.

In Maori Warrior Educator Princess News: New Zealand’s Education Minister Hekia Parata has launched a ministerial inquiry after a convicted sex offender was hired as a teacher. Ms Parata said she was “extremely concerned” at the revelation when ministers were informed.
Sex offenders who prey upon children… don’t even get me started on the school books are for teaching, and dating sites are for “that other stuff” debates for all school teachers to adhere to.
Ms Parata said the teacher worked at two schools, and possibly a further six schools.
So NOT COOL! Having said that, icky school teachers in New Zealand are an extreme. Most are numbered in the most successful school teachers in the world category on matters of child education. This story makes me want to order a piece of battered deep fried cod to restore a sense of order on this issue.
I think any invasion into children’s privacy, bodies, person is absolutely a no go in New Zealand. That includes their educational statistics and personal data too. That personal infomration belongs to the child and their parent or legal guardian.

Spotted this weekend in Miami: Former President Bill Clinton for his cameo of The Hangover 2 sequel film. Sources report he was hanging out with Alex Rodriguez, Cameron Diaz and dancer Chad Ochocinco.
As a close friend of both Tom Cruise and Beyonce - Cameron Diaz sends an ankle warmer message – to their camps – on the red carpet of Tokyo Japan for the premiere of Knight & Day.
Okay, this one for big petrol heads who love to feel the wheel of speed, while driving full throttle. The world’s favorite boy racer show for grown ups, Top Gear features Cameron Diaz and Tom Cruise in this clip. A little bit racy.

Cameron Diaz and Tom Cruise are seasoned enough red carpet walkers, not to give a remote toss what anyone thinks of them. In L.A, that’s why we like them. Here’s the onscreen action duo, working it on the red carpet in London for the premiere of Knight & Day. And Zoe Saldana of Luc Besson‘sColombianacuts into Tyra Banks model land terrain, by trekking it out in her underwear for Calvin Klein. Flawless.
Hollywood celebrities. Entertainment news. World leaders. Trending news topics of interest. Here’s how you voted our top ten.
Interesting. Cameron Diaz is one of L.A’s much loved bachelorettes. Here’s what she has to say about the concept of having kids: “Having children changes your life drastically, and I really love my life,” she says. “Children aren’t the only things that bring you gratification and happiness, and it’s easier to give life than to give love, so I don’t know. That kind of change would have to be either very well thought out, or a total mistake – a real oops!”
I agree with this comment. I mean, from a male perspective–there are dad’s or donors. Being a father involves both, and is something you’d really have to be committed to for the rest of your life. Nice to see Cameron Diaz’s trademark honesty on the topic.

A sleeping beauty angel sleeps in front of me, while Cameron Diaz and Tom Cruz do a live stunt on Good Morning America from their movie Knight and Day. Tom rides a motorcycle, while Cammie is doing donuts in her car. Big kids fun.
In reality, she awakes to say, “What’s your full name again?” I tell her.
“The letters of my name end, where your name begins.”
She nods.”That’s right. And don’t you forget that.” Smiles. Sleeps.
Cammie smiles at camera while she drives. There’s still just something about Mary in her charm. Salty tears slip out the corners of each eye onto a keyboard that amuses the world. Veiny fingers tap dancing at the foot of this cross-beam guerney bed holding her life of Love.
According to US Weekly Magazine, yes, Cameron Diaz would reunite with Justin Timberlake. Cameron has her new Tom Cruise film to rock out–as these Hollywood kids cut through the crap and get their Hollywood publicity blitz on.
Nice picture of Jessica Biel too on this cover. But let’s face it, Cameron would be more inclined to go back to her bong and a bikini and a deck chair on her days off from movie making than with Justin. If you see Cammie like I do, some weeks getting her morning coffee from Starbucks here in West Hollywood… than that’s kind of how she’d roll. She’s pretty down to earth and not a drama causer at all, so this tabloid cover is doing way too much–from US Weekly this week.
The tabloid exemplifies the art of how to make a buck in America using other peoples photos and running some copy with their photos. Right?! The “he loves being fought over” tag line is a great Tiger Woods commentary-or any dork who thinks threesomes are the way to go while raising children. That part is mildly amusing.
But getting back to my storyline…. In West Hollywood … we love Cameron Diaz. Resident of our City at times. Hey girl!

Here’s the latest movie trailer, film offering from box office heavyweight Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz‘s Knight and Day movie.
Looking good. The synopsis of the film goes a little like this:
“An action-comedy centered on a fugitive couple (Cruise and Diaz) on a glamorous and sometimes deadly adventure where nothing and no one – even themselves – are what they seem. Amid shifting alliances and unexpected betrayals, they race across the globe, with their survival ultimately hinging on the battle of truth vs. trust.”
So… a Mr and Mrs Smith styled thriller? That could work. Truth Vs Trust is always another way of saying the ‘mystery of love’… so a romantic thriller is what this film is.
I’ve always liked Cameron Diaz as an actress and I like Tom Cruise too. He’s given a lot to crazy town (Hollywood) across his long standing career to entertain America and the world.
If you live in Hollywood 24-7/ 365 a year like I do, you know that Tom’s consistency and commitment to Hollywood across the highs and lows of his career is worth supporting at the box office. 2010 will see a come back at the box office for Cruise. This is long overdue. Go Tom and Cammie D!
