GOD IS ABLE LYRICS – FOR NEW YORK CITY – 27.8.11
Surrealist blogging: Today I woke up with words spoken into my spirit throughout the night. The words were, “I lay before you, life and death. Choose life.” I didn’t know who these words were given to me specifically for, yet they arrived with an incredible peaceful feeling. The second words were “For I know the plans I have for you. Plans for good and not for evil, to give you a resounding hope and a future.” Again, I did not know who this message was for either. Perhaps in sharing them on this blog, they will reach their intended recipient. Whatever you are going through, don’t give up hope, just hold on.
News wise, I’ve been avoiding blogging lately. It’s been a crazy week. Apple’s Steve Jobs steped down as Apple’s CEO, for the IT companies no.2 spot, citing health reasons. Bill Gates alerted Google/ Microsoft audiences to the fact that pharmaceutical companies have a lust to rule the copper transmitted airwaves of search engine advertisting, when Gates opted to pay the US government half a billion dollars, to avoid prosecution for breaking US law. Gates’ AdWords ad site, makes $30 billion a year. Apparently, the fine was due to Gates allowing Canada’s pharmaceutical companies to flood Google ads for months on end, was illegal. Drugs marketing continues to be too in one’s face, for the wrong reasons. Gates has already invested in Big Pharma stocks as well. Clearly, the world wide web is becoming invested with pharaceutical drug sharks marketing via the US, Canada – acting illegally like any other drug cartel operation. A concern? Or something just to be aware of? Barack Obama’s annual speech sees people wanting two answers from the US President. How have you and are you increasing employment (ie: jobs). And please have some solid answers about the US economy, thanks. When living in the US, this was the same as a year ago. So no change there. Jared Bernstein clearly spells out a tale of two economies. Rich lane, poor lane. Wealth inequality is on everyone’s radar today, in such times and we have to be aware to share. However, most of the world’s attention on the USA right now is 100% concerned for New York City and surrounding districts, at the impending mercy of Hurricane Irene. The headlines via the Huffington Post read: “Obama Declares Emergency For New York State.. Mandatory Evacuations In New York City.. MTA To Shut Down Saturday.. NJ Governor: ‘Get The Hell Off The Beach’.. NYC-Area Airports Closing Saturday To Arriving Flights.. How To Prepare..
NON-STOP COVERAGE.. LATEST UPDATES. We all feel for the West Coast of the US at this time. I’ve been sullen all day, staving off storms I see approachig, with prayer. One prayer prayed today, are the lyrics to this song, from Australia via Auckland City NZ today. The song offers words of hope as an expression of surrealist blog writing today… Peace New York & May God always deliver America.
HORIWOOD.COM REACHES THE 3.7 MILLION SUMMIT
Last week, Horiwood.Com hit the 3.7 million summit.
It’s the first time a blog that began in Hollywood by a Maori-Kiwi blogger with an entertainment focus has achieved this in New Zealand’s history.
As this is a summit reached in the fleeting world of cyberspace, and I believe that at the top of a summit good stuff should perhaps happen with a global outlook and outreach…
Why not…
