WHITE MILK INVESTMENTS – FONTERRA ON THE NZX IS A GOOD DEAL FOR INVESTMENT
Theo Spierings a gifted and clear thinker who writes well in a visionary capacity is pictured raising a toast. Theo is Fonterra’s Dutch CEO.–APN photo.
Memo to Fonterra: Given the current climate – it’s a given that many Maori and Pacific Island Kiwis who are New Zealand citizens won’t be able to buy into Fonterra’s trading scheme at the time of the float.
That’s really quite sad as the shares are great. An exciting investment…. White milk then. Makes NZ real strong.
Fonterra Status of a partial float are: Farmersoptions heading to the sell & And the good news: Fonterra unveils $500m NZX offer that will be by far the biggest issue to hit the NZX this year when it lists on November 30.
The offer will allow non-farm investors access to the cooperative dairy giant’s dividend flow. Units in the Fonterra Shareholders Fund will be pitched between $4.60 and $5.50 a unit, according to offer documents released by the dairy cooperative today. See the Fonterra presentation here. The final price will be announced on November 27.
It would be a good idea: if Fonterra staff can have some sort of buy in deal too. They work so hard for the company.
[What is needed is a whiskey flavored milk for India's market among 200 products that could evolve the idea of turning NZ water and sunlight via farming into the next level of diversifying investment for Fonterra - Butterscotch milk placement in Bollywood movies, should be a good start. The Fonterra phone Apps (under the Fonterra tag -see it) also a good idea for global sales growth too].
