credible: able to be believed.
1. capable of being believed; plausible.
2. Worthy of confidence; reliable.
3. Being of sufficient military capability to deter an attack or carry out an operation successfully: credible military force.
how about: truthful, true. containing no lies.
policy:
1a: prudence or wisdom in the management of affairs
b: management or procedure based primarily on material interest
2. a: a definite course or method of action selected from among alternatives and in light of given conditions to guide and determine present and future decisions.
b: a high-level overall plan embracing the general goals and acceptable procedures especially of a governmental body.
So credible policy is a written plan that is true that guides and determines a peoples future direction, happiness, well being and destiny.
This too is what the essence, fabric, thinking of foreign policy should foundationally consist of and ensure as well.
Such policy provides security and providence to the citizens who have policy created well.
