WORDS: CONTENTMENT

contentment has been a word I’ve been meditating on all day.

Put simply, it means:

1. The state of being happy and at ease, expressing happiness

2. A source of satisfaction.

I try and express that on this website.

In real life, seeing green hills and the ocean makes me happy instantly. In New Zealand it’s not difficult to be happy, if you turn off the TV sometimes and look at the surroundings. So beautiful.
