Full credit to both teams for turning on a rugby show in such high wind conditions. Double winners for being such committed sports entertainers. Respec!

After the mid-test delay of play due to a power outage, a round of hot toddies at Matterhorn Restaurant Bar are probably in order then on the town in the Windy City tonight as Wellington celebrates the win.

What the sports journalists said:

Sydney Morning Herald: All Blacks repel spirited Argentina: AAP writers reported: “a granite-tough Pumas pack proved hard to break down although discipline often proved their undoing.”

TVNZ wrote: … “The All Blacks put in a good second half performance to post a convincing winning margin. The Pumas were incredible tonight and threw everything including the kitchen sink at it. That sin-binning of Argentina’s [Julio Cabello] was a big turning point for them and the All Blacks did well to take advantage.”
