COTTON WOOL BAY – FRANK SARGESON POETRY

Not a cloud in the sky,
in the dinghy, tide high,
on a great day.

Cotton wool in my ears
to protect from the spray,
what more could you want
of a lagoon or a bay?

Eye settle on confident sea
of a great day.
