WOMEN’S HOCKEY BRONZE NEWS – ENGLAND 3. NEW ZEALAND 1 – LONDON 2012
Clearly, Cathryn Finlayson desired the win.
Sam Harrison still looks stunning in defeat, as the bronze medal hockey match went the way of England 3-1 in London.
The New Zealand Black Sticks Women’s faces, said it all post match. WTF!
Their coach Mark Hagar described the loss as “sad sack.”
(Hey! At least we’ve got a real torch) … oops! :)
Congratulations to England, the better side on the day.

We’re very proud of New Zealand’s hockey girls at home. All I can say is … as a team … they’re just way too sexy to have lost. Not fair! :)
Well done for raising the team’s level at the Olympics arena. Woot!
Never has New Zealand been so into hockey as this tournament. Exciting.

The Black Sticks womens team will always be regarded as the athletes that showed true Kiwi grit and determination at the games. Forget the bridge too far they have been truely amazing.
