One of New Zealand’s favorite royals qualified in her Olympic event.

Zara Phillips, taking part in the dressage at Greenwich Park, is following in the footsteps of her mother who competed at Montreal in 1976.
After her four-minute routine on High Kingdom, the judges awarded her a score of 46.10, putting her in the top ten in the individual eventing competition with Britain placed provisional third.
“It’s incredible to be selected for the team and to be here at home in London is an amazing feeling and I just want to do my best for the team,” she said.”
