A COASTLINE IS A BANK
A coastline is a bank. For future generations.
After this, food and water resources are a bank too.
Watching our coastlines more closely, is what smart citizens will all be doing more.
Banking types often get too much press.
What about the people on boats? Using satellite image response messaging. Or in planes watching our coastlines? They are quite vital in this day and age as well.
In New Zealand it’s what we call kaitiakitanga (or guardianship). A good word.
