CENTRAL PARK IN NEW ZEALAND HAS LAKE TAUPO TO VISIT
Click on this picture to discover another world.Visit the beaches of the Coromandel, enjoy the thermal properties of the Bay of Plenty, experience Maori culture in Rotorua, ski in winter and ride the gondolas of Mt Ruapehu, discover a secret world at Waitomo caves with a galaxy of nature’s hidden stars and definitely do some shot over jet stuff on Lake Taupo. The latter being one of my favs to visit along with Roto-Vegas/ Rotorua.
From Mountains to lakes, to good tourist pubs, like The Cows Udder was where I went when spending a fun week there Taupo is a lake and rivers fishing paradise. In Central Park New Zealand you will literally discover a whole new world of adventure tourism.
So much fun!
Incidentally its also the Maori tribal home, of singer Moana Maniapoto, pictured below – whose world famous in Europe all the way up to Hawaii for her advocacy of Indigenous Peoples hotness as a live music artist, leader and performer. Germany, are her biggest fans I believe.
Good people are found where Moano and her family all come from in Taupo. Generally you meet them either on fishing boats when out on the lake trout fishing or, at the marae (the cool places where the funny Maori hang out, always a must!) and at the local pub too because NZ has awesome beer that the Irish love, including fine dark ales made in NZ too. Finn MacCuhals Irish Pub is a good start if wanting to meet cool locals. The people here, they’re tops.
